A calm, compassionate and evidence-based approach to your mental health and wellbeing.
I am an intuitive and empathetic mental health clinician, with over twenty years’ experience delivering care in private practice, and on multidisciplinary teams.
I am trained to treat the whole person in context - I consider biological, psychological and social aspects of health and wellbeing.
Prior to private practice, I held teaching roles at the Royal Melbourne Hospital and worked closely with Psychiatrists on the Crisis Assessment (CATT) and Substance Use and Mental Illness Treatment teams. I advised the Victorian Department of Health as a member of the Dual Diagnosis Initiative Leadership Group, and I have contributed to policy and strategic direction across statewide mental health and Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) services.
Psychology and Wellbeing Services
I work with adults (including older adults) and adolescents experiencing diverse psychological and wellbeing challenges. These can include relationship issues, trauma and neglect, life transitions, Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) use and addictions. I have extensive experience working with a wide range of diagnoses including Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Autism, Bipolar and Schizophrenia.
I provide in person and telehealth appointments from my practice in Pascoe Vale - and flexible appointment times, including evenings and weekends. I also provide an outreach service to aged care and rehabilitation facilities.
My practice is safe and welcoming for everyone, including anyone who identifies as LGBTQIA+, Neurodivergent, Culturally and Linguistically Diverse and First Nations people. I work with families and couples, and clients who choose non-typical relationships such as Polyamory and Consensual Non-Monogamy.
“Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.”
