As an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, I am trained to utilise various treatment modalities including:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (with particular emphasis on Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and values-based work)
Social Prescribing (screening for non-medical needs and providing referrals to support services that are typically offered by community-based organisations)
