Fees and Rebates

Fees

• Weekdays before 4pm - $220 ($130.50 after the Medicare rebate is applied)

• Weekdays after 4pm and weekends - $250 ($160.50 after the Medicare rebate is applied)

• A standard appointment is 50 minutes for 1 - 2 clients

• Longer appointments are available on request, with additional time charged on a pro rata basis in 25-minute increments

• Additional participants (for family or group work) - $50 per person, per appointment (anytime)

Medicare rebates 

Individual clients may be eligible for Medicare rebates with a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, Psychiatrist or Paediatrician.  

The Medicare rebate is $89.50 per session for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. Please note that only one session per day is eligible for a rebate, regardless of the appointment length.

Payment terms 

• Card payment is preferred

• When you provide card details via the secure intake form, payment is automatically processed at the time of your appointment 

• Medicare rebates are automatically deposited into your nominated Medicare bank account 

Rescheduling and cancellations 

Please advise me as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. The following fees apply: 

• More than 48 hours’ notice: no fee 

• Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the session fee

• No notice: full fee

Please note that Medicare does not provide rebates for cancelled or missed appointments.
