Clinical Supervision
I supervise therapists, community workers, Social Workers and mental health professionals across a range of professional and practice contexts, including private practice, NGOs and public health services.
My approach is encouraging, collaborative and transparent, and grounded in reflective practice, with an emphasis on rights and responsibilities.
Supervision is a place to think carefully about your work, including the parts that aren't straightforward, such as ethical dilemmas.
You can expect to be challenged and affirmed. I'll support you to identify where things are going well, while also encouraging you to look at your practice from different perspectives.
My aim is to help you build confidence and develop a clinical identity that feels genuinely your own.
My career spans private practice, public mental health, community and multidisciplinary settings, and I bring that breadth of experience into supervision.
If you're looking for supervision and want to learn more about what I offer, I’m always happy to have a no-obligation chat.
